Changed your mind? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — returns are free within Bangladesh.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Innerwear, socks and pierced-earrange sets are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Bundles must be returned complete.
How to return
- Contact us with your order reference (e.g. DC123456) via the contact page.
- We arrange pickup at your address, free of charge.
- After inspection, refunds go back to the original payment method (or bKash/Nagad/Rocket number) within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or wrong item
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, tell us within 7 days of delivery — we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Size exchanges: we recommend checking the size guide before ordering. Exchange for a different size is free once per order.
